As mothers we are always giving and might not always give back to ourselves. Consider treating yourself to an evening of relaxation to melt stress away and leave you feeling open and refreshed.
Join Danielle as she will guide a restorative workshop providing a blissful experience with props(bolsters and blocks). We will explore poses dealing with the Root Chakra to help us feel grounded and connected with Mother Earth. To help calm the muscles and mind we will have assisting and soothing massages using essential oils.
No prior yoga experience? No problem! Beginners are more than welcome, and because it’s restorative, it’s perfect for pre-natal moms.
You will experience a serene environment designed to stretch and strengthen muscles, and relieve stress .
