Sweat & Savasana

Sweat and Savasana  is an athletic based yoga flow Inspired by Ashtanga. Class starts with sun salutations that are engineered to create heat within the body. The bulk of the class is geared towards strengthening and lengthening the appropriate muscles inspired by a peak pose. The sequence is a ladder flow based on 2 rounds of working the same muscles groups to promote muscle memory.

This class builds on elements of yoga, fitness, plyometrics and pilates. 

After we Sweat we end with a deep stretch preparing for Savasana.
